Stopped by for a quick break during work hours. This small café gives a welcoming and cosy vibe. There aren’t many seats inside, but it wasn’t crowded when I visited. The menu offers plenty of options. I ordered a jacket potato with cheese and a cup of tea. They were lovely. The staff were very friendly and chatted with the customers. It was a delightful day.

Shiela provided a spread for a recent gathering. The food was of excellent quality, well presented & with good variety. It was enjoyed by all. Pricing was very fair & Shiela was very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended and would use again. Thank you.

I ordered three trays of sandwiches for a party, including vegetarian options. They were delivered on time and were excellent, very high standard. Nicely presented too. Professional, friendly and efficient, very high standard in everything. Good value for top class sandwiches. Strongly recommended.

A massive thank you to Sheila and her lovely ladies for providing the fantastic buffet and great service for my 60th birthday party last week. Fabulous range of freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, pastries, cakes and an exceptional chicken curry with rice. Excellent value for money and so lovely to deal with Sheila who’s care and attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommend her catering services.

We have just had a wonderful cream Tea delivered from Sheila @country kitchen. It was a surprise gift from my sister Tina. The food absolutely delicious and deserved to be served up properly. Thank you Country Kitchen, I will be highly recommending your food and services 5*

We were recommended to use Sheila at The Country Kitchen Sandwich Shop by a friend for catering at an upcoming funeral involving 80 + family and friends. We met with Sheila a week before and were immediately impressed. She was patient and caring to all our needs. We asked for nut and egg free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian food as well as the usual fare. This was no problem to Sheila, in fact she gave us useful suggestions. On the day of the funeral, Sheila was there in person with an associate to serve the food, which everyone commented on as being very well presented. We had scouse as well as gluten free and vegan scouse, which was delicious, and a huge variety of fresh sandwiches, all clearly marked as to GF or not. There was also food to cater for children - nuggets, small sausages and crisps. Sheila's attention to detail as well as a high level of hygiene was particularly noted. All comments from all guests could not have been more complimentary. The thanks of all our family go to Sheila and I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending her to everyone.Shiela and her lovely staff did a fabulous buffet for my dear mums funeral last week ,the food was high quality ,service was brilliant from start to finish and all reasnably priced ,i will highly reccomend and will definatly use there wonderful Country Kitchen again ,thankyou Shiela once again xx
I ordered a big mixture of platters for my Birthday as we had all the family coming round for an afternoon party, buttys sausage rolls indian dips fruit & cakes it was delivered on time and tasy to the last olive thankyou guys from michelle & Arnie 👍

Lovely little eatery with a wide selection on their menu, friendly staff who go the extra mile. Well worth a visit.
